Evolusion personnel have been involved in construction related training throughout numerous iterations of the Building Regulations and as such have in-depth experience and expertise. For example, Michael O’Grady was responsible for preparing content for and the design and delivery of the extremely popular HomeBond Right on the Site seminars, which took place annually all over Ireland. These seminars typically attracted aggregate attendances in excess of 3000 people from all sectors of the building industry, addressing all aspects of residential construction and providing detailed comprehensive guidance on compliance with all the different parts of the Building Regulations, particularly where new or revised regulations were introduced.



Michael was also on directly involved in preparing courses such as the Timber Frame Erectors Course for site supervisors, and the FAS Building Control Course, providing technical input into the design and content of the course material.
