Our trained and certified staff use Dynamic Modelling, DEAP and SAP to analyse the energy performance of commercial and domestic buildings, and to produce Building Energy Ratings (BER) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). We are registered with SEAI for BERs and certified by Stroma for SAP calculations.
Evolusion are fully certified Accredited Professional BREEAM design and assessment practitioners and LEED AP building design and construction assessors. We use the best available methods to ensure the client's desired assessment outcome is achieved, including Dynamic Modelling, Daylighting Analysis and Overheating Analysis.
Our NSAI Approved and registered experienced Thermal Modelling experts have modelled and produced linear thermal transmittance values (psi) for inclusion in several NSAI Agrément and BRE building system certificates. Evolusion use the latest computer software technology to model 3D building junctions and elements.
Ofgem, SAP etc. require that u-value calculations be carried out by competent persons. Our Building Physics engineers are BBA Approved Competent Persons for u-value and condensation risk calculations, and can provide highly efficient services from the simplest to the most complex element and junction calculations.
We have considerable experience in undertaking research and development projects on walls and floors of panellised and modular building. We have a proven track record in designing and specifying for fire resistance and acoustic compliance, having commissioned hundreds of structural fire and acoustic tests.
