Quality Engineer
Auditing and Inspection Department
The successful candidate is now responsible for a range of quality engineering duties, including the planning and conducting of compliance audits in accordance with the construction product regulations, and construction site inspections in accordance with construction product installation assurance schemes.
Building Physics Engineer
Building Physics Department
The successful candidate is now responsible for providing critical Building Physics services to existing and new clients, including DEAP and NEAP, BER and NDBER related services; U-value and Condensation Risk Calculations; Thermal modelling and Wufi Analysis; and Dynamic Simulation Modelling.
BREEAM Assessor
Building Physics Department
Our BREEAM Assessors are responsible for providing services for a variety of project types and sizes for a number of prestigious clients, and have an excellent understanding of SBEM, DEAP and SAP analysis procedures, experience in preparing energy and sustainability statements, experience in carrying overheating analysis and daylight analysis, and detailed knowledge and understanding of BREEAM certification scheme.
Trainee Construction Product Development Engineer
Product Development Department
The person engaged is a highly-motivated engineer with a strong interest in Building Regulations and Standards and is now responsible for duties including research tasks on different product testing techniques; planning and developing product development strategies for new and existing clients; and project management of third-party construction product and system certification.
Graduate Sustainability Engineer
Building Physics Department
The successful candidate is now employed in tasks such as assisting BREEAM assessors in gathering, preparing and reviewing evidence for BREEAM assessments; providing support for the production of planning statements and building relevant documentation like Home User Guides, Building User Guides and Building Logbooks; verifying project designs to ensure they are in accordance with sustainability targets; producing reports etc.
Structural Engineering Technician
Structural Engineering Department
The person engaged in this position is now responsible for tasks such as the production of structural designs and technical details primarily associated with cold formed steel and structural steel elements, while liaising with clients accordingly.
AutoCad Technician
Structural Engineering Department
The successful candidate is now responsible for the preparation of drawings and schedules; reviewing of submitted drawings and extraction of the necessary information required to complete the associated element of work; and the production of drawing registers and maintenance of in-house document control systems.
Project Administrator
Administration Department
The Project Administrator now has a key role in overseeing the day-to-day and long term management of all clients and projects from an administrative and financial perspective.
