The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, Eoghan Murphy, T.D., has signed into law European Union (Energy Performance of Buildings) Regulations (S.I. No. 183 of 2019) and European Union (Energy Performance of Buildings) (No.2) Regulations (S.I. 292 of 2019). To accompany these Regulations, a new Technical Document Guidance Document (TGD) L (Conservation of Fuel and Energy) Dwellings 2019 has been published.
